Scope of works
Leonard Constructions was appointed on a design-and-build basis, taking the scheme from a concept design through statutory approvals, procurement and delivery to a fully commissioned handover. Our pre-construction team led buildability review and value engineering before the contract sum was fixed.
Delivery challenges
Working in Kondapur, Hyderabad brought constraints that shaped the whole approach — restricted site access, protected neighbouring assets and a programme that could not slip. We resolved these through early contractor involvement, off-site manufacture where the tolerances allowed, and a logistics plan that was reviewed weekly rather than set once and forgotten.
Outcome
The project was handed over with a zero-defect certificate at practical completion and Leonard Group has since appointed us on follow-on work. Post-occupancy monitoring confirmed the building is performing within five per cent of its modelled energy targets.
